    get to know their customers personally, proactive, professional, I can always talk to an agent in person, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

State farm is very competitive and reasonable.  I have both my and my wife's car along with our house insured by them  I get all of these other offers in the mail claiming save me $350.  If that were true, my insurance would be almost free.  I am very satisfied.
