I had a Homeowners claim with State Farm and was treated with the utmost respect and prompt, courteous customer service.  The caims rep was quick and very responsive.  She handled my claim with the utmost professionalism.  I was glad I had my insurance with State Farm when the need arose.  Mind you the premium for the policy is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
