State Farm — 

I have had no problem with State Farm for my car insurance.  They were very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out when I needed it.  I always received the best service for my claims for car insurance.  I have no problem with them what so ever.  On the other hand, for Life Insurance, they aren't always as eager to let you know what is going on there.  I was told I had life insurance for Life and when It got to a certain year I wouldn't have any more payments.  Well, they neglected to tell me the rates were going up and when I got the notice that in two years I would have nothing not even the savings I had going into it, I got upset and withdrew it.

 Car insurance - Excellent

Life Insurance - Never in a million years.

Really? I've never have had an issue where SF has neglected to tell me my life insurance rates were increasing. I have always been informed and it has been a minimal increase at best. I'm sorry you had that experience!
