    get to know their customers personally, good response time, honest, proactive, agents know their customers, Great office people and agents, Extra discounts for safety features, excellent, extremely helpful, professional, Always there, reliable, fast claim handling, Great Customer Service!, always willing to help with a problem, Immediate Service, better with combined policies, close to home, has emergency road service insurance, they communicate with the auto body shop, Great Agents, Great custome service, They take good care of their clients., excellent service, Professional Claim Service, get to know thier customers personally, great rates for clean driving record, quick payouts, responsive, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

Cons
    The cost is a little higher., A little higher cost, affected by hurricanes

State Farm — 

State Farm Insurance may be a little higher than the rest, but their coverage and customer service are worth it.  After Hurricane Katrina/Rita hit us, State Farm was prompt and fair with their Coverage and did not try to get out of paying any damages.  My only complaint with them is that they, like any other business, raise their rates every year on car and home policies, but the increase is nominal.  And unlike other insurance companies, they did not drop wind damage from our policy.
