    get to know their customers personally, Agent Listens but not company, close to home

    Difficult Claims People, Not willing to pay for damages., Not Honest, very expensive, High rates for drivers with tickets

After being a customer for 20 years this company has ABANDONED THE LONG TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIP FOR ITS OWN PROFIT DESIRES... My legal representation has been ignored strictly for their own profits

When I was filing a claim against a fellow policyholder I was dropped without any chance of defending myself against the statements of the other claimant instead of defending me as a policyholder.  When you file a claim then you become the "Attacked" not the defended.

You need now to REVIEW your insurance every year instead of aligning yourself to ONE insurance comany nowadays.  It is the Consumer BE AWARE now in this economy.

Check for Accompanying /reciprical rebates or discounts for other financial relationships...ESECIALLY in the financial arena in Insurance coverages...

Staying in ONE company or having an allegiage gets you NOTHING these days
