State Farm Review

I love the customer service provided by the local office.  There are actually several locations nearby.  The administration staff is just as understanding and helpful as the agents themselves. 

After an auto accident I had to file a claim with the insurance agency.  The accident was "my fault" as indicated by the officer on site, although I blame the deer.  Anyway, the claim was complete and my car was being repaired within a matter of hours.  Just like the comercial says..."Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there."

I am a 100% satisfied customer.
