It's very good but customer service needs some work.

on a budget, saving a little, on a strict budget
Pros

    get to know their customers personally, Great Agents, close to home, excellent service, Always there when I need them, Claims are paid quickly

Cons
    Billing gets messed up, A little higher cost

I have Stte Farm and they are great insurance company. They do have high reates that are higher than some but they offer a few services that others don't. They also make some billing mistakes. They do corect them fast and are very nice at doing this. All in all they are a great insurance company.
