    Difficult Claims People, Not willing to pay for damages., Billing gets messed up, very expensive

State Farm — 

I was not happy with this company. I could never get my agent to return my phone calls, or get answers about why my premiums went up, for I never had any tickets or accidents. There ability to pay home claims also stink. I had to change companys and I am very happy with the company I am with now.
