State Farm Review

I was insured with State Farm back in 1985 when I was hit by an elderly woman with the minimum insurance. I needed back surgery from the accident and the woman's insurance was insufficient to pay all my bills and time lost from work.  I chose to exercise my underinsurance clause in my policy to pay those items and they dropped me after the claim was paid. 

In 1996 my husband and I went to a local State Farm Office for insurance when we bought a new car.  They told me my maiden name was blacklisted and I could never again be insured by State Farm.

I have an excellent driving record - never had a ticket and driving for almost 40 years -- many safety awards and they black list me.sad.
