State Farm Review

I have found the agents of State farm to be excellent.  However the price is too expensive for the same coverage you can receive elsewhere.  Also, the claims department is difficult to deal with and they seem to contest any claim. 

 The people who handle claims processing actually suggested to my wife that she wasn't being truthful as to the extent of her injuries from an auto accident.  I know they base there payouts on some tables or book, but when a customer of 15 years who has only made 1 minor claim get's injured, the last thing they need to hear is their insurance company accusing them of exaggerating the extent of their injury, when all the medical documentation is to the contrary.
