State Farm — 

I recently got into an auto accident and State Farm has been great along the way. I called them right after the accident happend and they were ready to get me in the process of repairing my car. They asked all of the standard questions to make sure that I was okay and where the damage was. Then, they found me an auto shop close to where I live. They gave me the phone number to call and set up my appointment for the estimate. On the way to the estimate, I couldn't quite find the shop and they weren't opened yet so no one was answering the phone. I called State Farm back and they gave me the address and directions on how to get there. After I got my estimate, a whopping $3,900, they set up an appointment with Enterprise for me so that I could rent a car and have them pick me up from the auto shop when I dropped my car off for repairs. They were with me 100%.
