Only insurance company I have had a problem with.

in debt, paying cash, on a budget, saving a little, on a strict budget
Cons
    Billing gets messed up, customer service is not good sometimes, Dropped me for using underinsured clause, bad Agent, won't pay, Expensive, They usually don't answer their phones, You usually get voice mail when calling, Not Honest, a little higher, Not the cheapest rate, a little more money, A little higher cost, Pushes you to buy more insurance, Liars, sore losers in court., High rates for drivers with tickets, arrogant agent, cancel plans without notice, No service, Not a satified customer, very expensive, impersonal, cost, did not offer me the best coverage, not so cheap when bundled, affected by hurricanes, not to interested in mistakes, The cost is a little higher., Obstructionist, Difficult Claims People, won't devulge pertinent information, Don't protect the insured. only themself, Rates fluctuations from month to month., Not willing to pay for damages.

I had State Farm Insurance off and on since I was 15 years old.  I didn't check pricing when I started.  My parents had State Farm, so it was good enough for me too.  Well, they showed their true color a few years ago by cancelling my insurance.  While sitting at a stop light, someone hit my car.  She had State Farm Insurance also.  They claimed it was a no fault accident so she didn't have to pay.  She had to have someone use a crowbar to get her door open.  My car was caved in 2/3 of the way down.  My window couldn't go all the way down due to the damage.  She was speeding, in the rain and talking on the cell phone.  Police report stated all this.  But State Farm said no fault.  I took it to court and easily won my case.  State Farm had to pay me several thousands of dollars.  A couple of days later, I received a letter in the mail that my insurance had been cancelled.  Reason - husband had no driver's license.  AND!  He didn't drive.  Instead of having an endorsement, they cancelled me.  Talk about sore losers.  I am now with American Family.  Amazing, I didn't know insurance could be so cheap.  State Farm sucks.
