Have been with State Farm 15+ years, and love it.

    Claims are paid quickly

    customer service is not good sometimes

State Farm is great.  We have 3 teenage sons, and the rates for them are very reasonable.  Whenever someone mentions adding their child to insurance, their prices seem rather high.  We qualify for several discounts with our policies.
