State Farm Review

I have been a State Farm customer with auto, home and life insurance for nearly 20 years and I love the service I get as well as the rates. I've shopped around and no other company can compare with the discounts I receive which include: multi car discount, multiline discount (for home, auto & life), good driving discount, and accident free discount. And because of my tenure with the company and my good driving record even if I do get in an accident and it is my fault my premium will not be affected. How do I know so much?? Because my State Farm agent takes the time to educate me on what coverage I have and what it all means to me. Oh, I've shopped around over the years and most companies simply send you a quote with no explanation whatsoever and no desire to talk to you to make sure that what they've quoted you is what you need. Every time I tell my State Farm agent that I'm comparing quotes just to make sure I'm getting the best premium I deserve, he invites me in to review everything I have and to make sure it's exactly what I need. Sometimes I am able to find a company offering a lower rate, but their customer service  is horrible. My guess is not all State Farm agents are as good as mine is, but hopefully they are. I guarantee that as long as I continue to receive the excellent service they provide I will remain a loyal customer. And a very appreciative one!
