I'm hardly a gym rat, but I do manage to drag myself to the workout room a few times a week. One thing that helps at getting a decent workout is being comfortable when there. And I have found that the Starter Dri-Star Workout Tee Shirt makes for a comfortable shirt to wear when exercising.
The Starter Dri-Star Workout Tee Shirt is a blend of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. The advantage of having the blended materials is that the T-Shirt has moisture wicking properties that move sweat away from you body. These T Shirts do not have the scratchy, sweltering feeling you get from a shirt that is largely polyester. They breathe (at least somewhat) and are comfortable on the skin.
The Starter Dri-Star Workout Tee Shirt is short sleeved with a crew neck and there is no tag on the inside (the printing is imprinted on the neck). In my experience the shirts are put-together nicely with good stitching around the back, across the shoulders and the hem at the bottom on the shirt. The shirts are manufactured in Lesotho (Africa), if that is of interest to you.
These T Shirts are also pretty roomy too. There is no taper at the bottom and the arm sleeves are roomy too. They provide a loose fit and do not cling to your body. I have two of these workout T Shirts: one in black and the other light blue. The black looks a lot better in my opinion, but they are also sold in white, gray, navy blue, and red.
Overall I've been happy with the Starter Dri-Star Workout Tee Shirts. I paid about $9 at Wal-Mart and have found that they are durable, comfortable, and not too expensive. They are not ant-microbial though, so, believe me, you'll have to wash them after a workout. So if you are looking for a decent workout T Shirt, this style may be a good choice for you.
