Stardust, starring Claire Danes, Michelle Pfeiffer, Robert De Niro and Peter O'Toole, is a lovely and beautifully photographed fantasy based on a Neil Graiman novel.  The story starts with a man who crosses the wall between the English town of Wall and the fantasy kingdom of Stormhold.  Once there, he meets a beautiful captive who he spends the night with.  He then returns home.  Nine months later, a knock on his door brings an infant, Tristan.

When Tristan reaches adulthood, he falls of a woman, Victoria (Sienna Miller).  In order to win her hand, he offers to retrieve a star they see fall...

I discovered the movie Stardust accidently the other day as I was flipping through Showtime channels. I caught the movie in the middle and watched it till the end and then started looking for it so I could see the movie from the beginning. The story is enchanting and has a great cast who bring this story to life.

'Stardust' is a novel written by the very talented Neil Gaiman, which was later turned into a movie. As always, the movie does differ from the book a little, but it is still a great film, worthy of watching. As in the novel, the story in the movie is told with a mixture of seriousness, silliness, and humor. It's a fantasy tale that is spun by special effects, a great story line, and a great cast full of talented and humorous actors.

The movie is easy to follow and even seems to be enjoyed by those who aren't exactly crazy about the fantasy genre. I must say that this is one of my all time favorite...

I wish I had seen this film in the movie theater, It was that good. I thought it was a "B" Movie. so I was hesitant to watch it. But It turned out to be one of the better family films I have watched this year. The special effects were amazing. The acting was brilliant  and the cast was good. I mean a little Independant film like this one. should not have  such a well known cast. I was told that I was a little late in watching this movie, and all I can say is they were right. I should have spent the money to go see this in the theater . 

 This is one movie that we will watch together every  year at Christmastime. It  has everything in it. Love,laughter, magical places and beings, a lot of adventure, and very heartwarming, this is one movie that tells a great story and the ending is unbelievable. The ending  is something you would never guess and just sent a very warming feeling inside of me,true love.

I didn't think my 16 year old would enjoy the movie and was having second thoughts about having bought it. But I was completely wrong-he loved it. It's a movie for the whole family-all ages.

Stardust is an EXTREMELY cute movie w/ a creative storyline and a great cast. I love this movie and I am a gal that is NOT into chick flick but this one touched my heartstrings. Love it! It's such a lovable romance/comedy movie. I couldn't wait to buy the DVD and this does NOT happen often and I can't stop watching it over and over again and gleeing and urging everyone around me watch it! =) SO ADDICTED to this movie one of my TOP favorite movies of all time (included w/ Ferris Buellers and To Wong Fu)

When I first saw this movie, I was a little bit bored, in the first few minutes, but then! I really liked it!!! I thought it was great! I just couldn't believe that the graphics were so good! I mean the scenes and all. I liked it when the witches were old looking and then all of a sudden, poof!! Michelle P was new again! That was some scene. The rest of the movie was a little childish, but still, great.
