Star Trek - Fan Collective: Q —
This DVD set has an excellent smattering of episodes for those who don't want to go whole-hog and buy entire seasons. Besides, it contains the one moment in all of Star Trek that you really NEED to have:"Sir, I protest! I am NOT a merry man!"
Seriously though, Q is one of the most genius creations of character in all of Star Trek. He's pompous, arrogant, and kind of mean at times...but, eventually, you start agreeing with the things he says, even if you don't really want to.
Plus, he wears that funky hat in Encounter at Farpoint.
