I absolutely love Staples - both online and in the store. They have almost everything you can need for work or working at home. I have only had two problems with them over the past few years - both were taken care of right away. The first was with an order online. The product arrived damaged and I e-mailed right away to find out how to get a replacement and by noon the next day, a replacement was delivered to my door. The other was where a store manager refused to honor one of their coupons advertised in their flyer so I kept the coupon, went home and e-mailed their customer service and they sent me a store use check for the amount of the coupon to use on my next purchase. This is a rare quality these days and because of this, I will always shop at Staples. The only thing I don't like is that they sell the legal size binders, but not legal size dividers that I can use in them. I had to use regular dividers to organize the contents in it. Overall - a great shopping experience with a company that obviously cares about it's customers.
