Staples Stores Review

We purchased an HP Compaq Presario computer from Staples in December before Christmas.  About mid January it started making a loud buzzing noise and kept shutting down in the middle of us working on it.  After spending almost 2 hours on the phone with first the Staples warranty company, then with HP, nothing was resolved.  After a week we called our local Staples store while having HP on another phone, and our Staples store told us to bring in our computer and it would be fixed within 48 hours.  After hearing nothing for several days (we took it in on Sunday and I called back on Wednesday) I called and after being on hold for over 15 minutes was told the technician had left for the day.  So I called back the next day, Thursday, and the tech told me he would have to call me back.  So an hour or so later he called to let me know he thought it was the power supply and he would order it, so it would be a few days.  After several days he called and said after doing a restore and installing the power supply it still didn't work right and was buzzing so he ordered a hard drive but I could pick it up and use it until the hard drive came in.  So I picked up my 1 1/2 month old computer used it for 1 day, the hard drive crashed.  After several days I took the computer back, he had it a couple days, installed the hard drive and had me pick it up.  I took it home and started the computer - it said it had to run a one time start up and not to shut off the computer, after running for 24 hours, I shut it off and called Staples, they said they would try to find another PC like mine to replace it after several days of being told this we finally took the computer into the store and told them that our now 2 month old computer that only worked for 1 month of the 2 months we had it was going to be returned and they either had to replace it or give us a refund, finally after my husband faught with the manager and told him he was going to call the district manager they refunded our money and the $149 we paid for the extended warranty and we went somewhere else to buy our PC.
