Stamps.com- through rain/ice/snow - print your stamps at home!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I love Stamps.com.  It is so convenient to weigh my packages and envelopes in my home office and print out the stamps online.  The software was easy to download and install (I'm not a computer genius).  I can order extra stamp labels right online and they arrive at my front door within a day or two.

Yes, there is a monthly service fee, but when you figure in the convenience and the savings on gas let alone needing to get dressed to go to the post office, it is well worth it.

Our company has 4 locations with 3 virtual offices.  We all have a sign on and we all share the stamps.com account.  It helps our company track postage costs as well.

So it saves time, gas, and the hassle of leaving the office to mail something.  And my postman is so great at taking all my mailings right out of my mailbox!

Making Your Mail More Fun!

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

Somehow last year I managed to "get it together" enough to actually purchase, write out and mail holiday cards out to our family and friends. For me, this was a huge accomplishment. I wanted to send the cards with a personalized stamp, rather than the typical holiday offerings you might find at the post office. And a photo that my husband had snapped of our adorable two cats nestled into each other really fit the "not a creature was stirring" theme of the holiday. So I decided to visit stamps.com to order personalized stamps. About Stamps.comStamps.com is a service that allows you to print postage from home for a fee. Their standard service is quite useful for people ...

Convenient, but pricey.

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

Stamps.com is a great service - but only if you use a LOT of postage and make many trips to the post office. For the average person, you should just buy your stamps at the post office or grocery store. However, for the small business owner who has a lot of things to mail, the monthly fee might actually be what you would otherwise spend on gas and the value of your time for trips to the post office. In addition to the monthly service fee, you also have to invest in printer ink (which, as they point out, is cheaper than postage meter ink) and labels, which you can purchase at an office supply store, or from Stamps.com directly. You also have to be very careful to load your labels in proper...

Convenient way to mail packages

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I love using Stamps.com for our mailing purposes. It is easy to use. When I messed up with printing one of my labels the system allowed me to request a refund, which was refunded in the stated time frame.

I have a little trouble figuring out how to use one of the labels, but the others move to the next stamp location automatically and print wonderfully. When I called for customer service I received fantastic help.

Although I live in a small town and must pick up my mail from the Post Office, I find that I want to prepare a package to mail at the most inconvenient times (weekends or late at night). I can use Stamps.com and drop of the package, without standing in line, when I pick up my mail (usually after the PO is closed). I don't mind the monthly fee as I have had special offers that cut the price occasionally. I love being able to print the postage I want when I want it.

Customer Service Reps will guide you every step of the way!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Stamps.com is definitely an affordable product for any small business or even family who needs to print stamps or any kind of postage. I had the software on my laptop and when my old laptop died and I had to put stamps.com software on my new computer I had to call a support tech for help in getting help with my user id and password instructions. The rep was very attentive to all details and walked me through every step to ensure I had done everything properly and all was set up the way it was supposed to be. I'm on the "lite" plan so it costs very little each month.

Stamps.com is definitely one of the most user-friendly applications I've used to print postage out of the all the others I've ever used. Thanks Stamps.com!!

If you ship alot or a little this is a great tool. Easy to use platform lets you track all your packages, save addresses and even merge in from outlook. You can print your postage right to your printer, attach to your package and drop in the mail or schedule a pick-up for the carrier. Couldn't be easier.

Excellent service and discounts

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I signed up with Stamps.com five months ago after my custom costume business took off. Although most of my orders were shipping out domestically, an increase in orders from the UK and Japan made me rethink my shipping options.

I chose Stamps.com online postage because it lets me print First-Class International postage, unlike Paypal, which I was using before since most of my sales come from Ebay. I really like to be able to print all of my postage at once rather than take individual packages to the post office (it really saves time). In addition to First-Class International, Stamps.com also can print postage for Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. My customers enjoy ...

Stamps.co saves frustration at Post Office

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I have been with Stamps.com for over 5 years. As a small, self-employed business, with no time to waste in line at the Post Office, this has been a great service. Now that I am semi-retired, it is getting hard to justify the added cost, but I have stayed with Stamps.com to avoid the hassle of going to the Post Office.

There is obviously no cost savings, so time savings must be weighed against cost.

Refunds on misprints can be a problem, because the USPS approved refunds, however, Stamps.com has given me coupons for free postage when the USPS has refused a couple refunds (if a whole page misprints, but only the first line has readable stamp denominations, only the readable amount is refunded).

Therefore, I have been extremely happy with the customer service aspect.

great easy saves tons of time and money

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I have been selling on EBAY for 18 years and paying USPS and UPS to ship my packages. I then found stamps.com. I now weigh package and pay for all my USPS postage online. No more trips to the post office I do it all and a USPS worker picks all my packages up from me. Being a new user a label did not print so I thought no postage was taken got busy 1 week went by and noticed $25 came out of my account. Called stamps.com and they refunded the mony and taught not to make that simple mistake. I have all sizes of labels and can even print stamps. If you send a ton of stuff a stamps.com is a must. There are so many great software down loads that printing any kind of label is a breeze. All their i...

Stamps.com is worth every penny for each stamp I print!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

We have been using Stamps.com since about 1995, when, during our beta testing of Windows 95 for Microsoft, they asked us to put Stamps into our test mix.It seemed like a reasonably safe thing to do, so we started testing Stamps.15 years later, we are still using Stamps. We pay their monthly fee - which we did not have to pay during the testing phase - even though we do not print enough stamps every month to justify that fee. But we do it so that we can have the convenience of using Stamps.com whenever we need it. They have continuously upgraded the services they offer, both on the US Postal side, and on their own stamps side, and we are pleased with the upgrades. To be able to use a photo of ...

Stamps.com Delivers Service!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Stamps.com is a phenomenal company, with great customer service and excellent options.  For us at ePrague Knives, it is the solution to shipping First Class International, which has been unavailable through Paypal shipping.  However, we use Stamps.com for many other services as well.     It would be an understatement to simply remark that Stamps.com has great customer service.  These fellows run their phones with efficiency and TRUE congeniality.  I have never had to wait for my call to be answered; and have never been on hold.  When the representative answers the phone, the voice on the other end seems even delighted that he can talk to me.  We have never had a bad experience and ePrague knives highly recommends Stamps.com!

Customer Service at its best

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

If you don't like waiting in line at the Post office this is the answer to your prayers. Stamps.com may Cost you a bit (17.99 a month) but with the right equipment, which is available at a reasonable cost,  it is so much better than the alternative.  Crabby Postal workers, long lines, not at stamps.com and the customer service is A1 haven't had better since my last call to Canon.  They give you a full 4 weeks of trial and a free scale only costing S&H which is 9.97 well worth it. Hooks directly up to your computer and away you go. you can mail anything and at the right price just read up a bit on the postal regs and your in business.  Totaly Awesome

Stamps.com has been excellent in every way

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Stamps.com has been 100% great.  Their software is so easy to use that it makes it fun. I am amazed at how easy my mailings have become.  Items such as postage, tracking and address book are just one click away.  I don't understand the bad reviews it has received regarding the "hidden" fees.  The words "special offer", "trial", "promo code" and "no upfront costs" are plastered all over the CD jacket alone.  Not to mention the $15.99/mo price is clearly stated IN the CD. Don't those words imply to the normal person that there is a fee involved?  If there were any surprises to you, you weren't paying attention.

Good idea but not for me

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

I signed up for the when i had no idea what they do and how much they are gonna charge me. It was a free trial with $5 in free stamps so i thought to give them a try and will learn during their trial period. The first thing i learn about them is that they have excellent customer service. Later i learned that Stamps.com is a Los Angeles, California-based company that provides Internet-based mailing and shipping services. And recently i have learned that its not for me.Well basically its a company that provides you a software to print all the labels and stamps needed for you mailing needs. They charge a monthly fee for using their service. I am a house wife who send out 3 or 4 mails every mont...

Stamps.com is extremely useful, has great customer service!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I recently signed up for the 2 week trial of Stamps.com and couldn't be happier with their service.  I received my introductory package very quickly and am very happy with the 5 lb. digital scale that I received.  The software was extremely easy to set up.

I had a problem with my printer printing the labels offset, so I called customer service for help and was literally wowed.  Scott, my CSR, was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.  He stayed on the phone with me for over and hour helping me get my printer settings straightened out.  Ultimately he wasn't able to solve the problem, but it wasn't for a lack of trying.  He gave me the number for HP's c...
