This Stamina Recumbent Bike is one of the best buys I have ever made. I have a very bad knee problem, and consequently have become very unfit, weak, and attempting to get back in shape has become a real struggle. The Recumbent facet of this bike enables me to have a reasonable workout without hurting or taxing me bad knee. The seat is very comfortable and the bike is low to the ground and extremely stable, so getting on and off is not frightening or dangerous for me, with my very unstable balance. The monitor screen is great, allowing me to easily track my time and distance, which are the most important items for me. As well you can check pulse, calories burned etc. The resistance is very easily adjustable without interrupting the workout. Though the bike looks large at first glance, it is a very convenient footprint and fits very well into my very tiny apartment- with the recumbent style I am easily able to slant it out from the corner of my bedroom and really save space. I am very pleased with this item, the quality and durability is VERY impressive considering the very moderate price. Over the years I have bought and discarded exercise equipment, but here there are many factors that are ensuring that this bike will not become a clothes rack!
