Stamina Gyrotonics Transformer 1000 Spring Resistance Exercise Machine Reviews

I bought this Gyrotonic Transformer 1000 last month. I got it for only $200. That price is such a bargain!!! It works awesome. You can train almost every muscle group. You can start using one spring and whenever you feel comfortable you can add one or two more. You don't have to go to the gym anymore because you can train your body at home. The assembly was fairly simple. There are lots of screws/nuts/etc to assemble but the instructions are clear. Watch the instruction video (why isn't there a DVD yet?) first because at the end of it, it has assembly instructions. I would definitely recommend...
