Oh boy....if you own stainless steel appliances like I do,,,well what a job it is to keep finger prints and water spots off of them! I never thought going sleek and high-tech would cause me so much grief trying to keep them looking sleek and high-tech!

If I'm entertaining, it could take literally hours just to clean the kitchen appliances alone.

Better off going in another direction when selecting future appliances

I totally agree with the piano man. Although stainless looks pretty, if you aren't a clean fanatic and have something better to do than polish your appliances, they are not for you. I have a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher all in stainless and all brand new and I see fingerprints and water marks all the time. The dishwasher isn't so bad as I think it's more of a brushed finish. WD40 does work well for shining them up, but I would rather not have to. I wish I had gone against what's popular and gotten good old almond. It's what I had before and you couldn't tell when they were dirty! Other color choices would be nice too, and I would stay away from black, as well.
