Stacy Claire Boyd Stationary & Baby Announcements Review

When shopping for baby announcements and thank you cards for my kids, I was immediately drawn to Stacy Claire Boyd's designs. Her stuff is hands down the cutest I have seen-- but it comes with a hefty price tag. ($100 or so for the first 25-- gets cheaper with bulk).

There are many cute boy and girl options (which is rare). They have everything from sailboats to frogs to little purses.

For my son, I had custom cards made. They were sooo cute, but a lot of work. So, with my daughter, I wanted an equally as cute option (dont want the second kid to get the shaft!) but wanted less work. So, I was willing to pay more.

Since I only have one girl (and it's the end of the line for me), I had to splurge. So, I got adorable girlie purses... literally, purses for her baby announcements from Stacy Claire Boyd. They are in the THANK YOU Stacy Claire Boyd collection, so it required some digging, but they were too cute for words. (see my pictures)

When they arrived, I LOVED everything about the announcements. I liked the uniqueness, the quality of the paper (very thick-- Crane's like), the font selection (they have some great fonts) and even the packaging. They literally had them hand wrapped with tissue paper-- cuter than some presents arrive. :) A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! Well worth it to me.

Bottom line for me-- the Stacy Claire Boyd designs-- if you like stationary-- are a must have. Splurge. They are adorable. And, you only have a few kids, right? Let them be announced with a bang. I cant tell you how many people called me to tell me how cute these are!!! 

Here's a tip. DONT BUY through a stationary store. They are especially expensive. Do a google search and you will see a lot of independent people that you can buy through. In some cases, you can get up to 25% off. I did that and saved a bundle. (no pun intended)

Also, be certain to order early. I think I recall the order taking about a month...
