review »I was admitted to St. Mary's after having a heart attack on board a cruise ship. I found the care to be excellent by virtually everyone who cared for me. I am extremely grateful that the hospital was there with the facilities to care for me.
I have been to St. Mary's twice, both through the emergency room. The first time I had pneumonia, and they rushed me in and got my airway cleared and breathing again. The second time was for an infection, but they couldn't find out where the infection was. (Sort of like when my cat went to the vet for a high temperature and not eating - same problem she had a fever of unknown causes too.) Due to a few car wrecks, I was not admitted fast from the emergency room, but while I was there, they were very concerned for my welfare and my needs.
