St. Ives Apricot Facial Scrub Review

There's nothing subtle about this Apricot scrub.  It's not a gentle, soft cleanser with a hint of exfoliating beads.  This stuff works great!   You will find maximum effectiveness with this product.  St. Ives Apricot scrub gets deep in the pores and removes dead skin cells, which brings out smoother, cleaner skin.

St. Ives Apricot scrub has been Dermatologist tested, which makes me feel at ease.  It's been proven to not clog pores and is Vitamin rich.  It has a pleasant, light scent of apricots and although it is a terrific exfoliator, it doesn't feel harsh.  Although you can certainly feel the exfoliation against your skin, and it may not be great for people with Sensitive skin.  Because of all the exfoliating beads, I have actually had an irritation from this product, so I keep it away from that area now.

After you've used the apricot scrub, your skin will feel invigorated and alive.  It's amazing how much we put our skin through.  All the make-up, sun exposure, face creams, harsh winter wind.....it all takes its toll.  But by periodically using a exfoliating product like St. Ives Apricot scrub, you can help remove some of the harsh chemicals and toxins from your skin and help improve your overall appearance.  You can incorporate other St. Ives products into your daily regimen as well.  Look for Apricot Cleanser and Apricot Masks.  All these products are gentle on your skin and wont dry it out.

If you have acne prone skin, this product will work great for you.  When I was a teen, I faithfully used the Apricot Scrub once a week and it helped immensly in decreasing the amount of break outs I experienced. 

To use, simply wet your face and apply with your fingers.  Massage it into your skin, but be sure to stay away from your eyes.  Then, rinse off with warm water.

If you're looking for an inexpensive product that will be good to your skin, St. Ives will be perfect for you.  For the Apricot Mask, I spend less than $ 4.00.  And honestly, this product works just as well, if not better, than more expensive ones.  I highly recommend it for anyone.
