Everyone wants to have healthy and glowing skin. One of the things you can do to promote healthy looking skin is to exfoliate. One of the products I use for this purpose is St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It's an inexpensive product that you can pick up just about anywhere; drugstore, grocery store or Walmart!

St. Ives Apricot Scrub

This product is designed to gently exfoliate your facial skin by removing dull and dead skin cells from your skin's surface, leaving behind smooth and polished skin. Used on a regular basis, your skin will look radiant and healthy.

St. Ives has formulated its Apricot Scub with natural ingredients such as crushed walnut shells to exfoliate skin. It also contains Swiss botanicals that work together to cleanse, exfoliate and condition your skin.

How Do You Use It?

St. Ives Apricot Scrub is easy to use. Just moisten face with warm water, squeeze out a small amount of the formula and rub into your face in circular motions with your fingertips. then rincse with warm water to remove the formula. Be sure to avoid your eye area. Getting a small piece of walnut shell in your eye could cause severe damage to your eyesight.

My ViewPoint

I have used St. Ives Apricot Scrub for several years. The product has a wonderful fresh apricot scent that I really like. It is not harsh on my skin and has not caused any adverse reactions like breakouts or oily skin. It does a good job of cleaning out pores on your nose if you are one to be blessed with such like I am.....grrrr.

This is a gentle exfoliating formula. I've used other exfoliating products that contain large granular particles that really tear up your skin. You won't find that with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. The crushed walnut particles are micro fine and will not damage your skin, yet do a good job of deep cleansing.  It costs under $5.00 for a 6 oz. tube.  I usually buy this at Walmart for only $3.99 if I remember correctly.

My skin feels nice and clean after using this product. As I stated earlier, I have not had any bad reactions when using this product and recommend it to anyone wanting to have fresh and youthful looking skin. I give St. Ives Apricot Scrub 5 VP's!

I have been a huge fan of St. Ives Apricot Scrub for many years now. I even use it in the shower for a all over scrub. Works great!

I love this stuff! It cleans my skin without being too harsh, and it feels like it rinses off completely too, unlike other products I have tried. I have occasionally tried other, more expensive brands, but they don't work as well, I always go back to St. Ives.

Sounds good and I like the natural ingredient! I will check this out next time I'm out shopping :)

I don't usually use any of these type products myself, but I can well remember the roughage of apricot rubs that I used in my acne-plagued teen years. A gentler apricot sounds like a welcome thing...
