I bought the Palm Centro phone from my wireless carrier. I was in need of a phone that had easy text messaging and also provide me with email, internet, and calendar. This phone has all of that and much more. It has so many features, that I still haven't figured out how to use all of them. It has a full keypad that is set-up just likea keyboard, which is great for me with all the typing I do. The texting feature, is set up more like a chat, so if it takes someone a day or two to respond, I'm not trying to figure out what we were talking about. The calendar function is easy to use and I am able to set up different time frames for reminders. I am able to keep track of birthdays and anniversaries by autimatically including this information with the person's phone number, it is saved to my calendar. It saves on double entry. It is a very durable phone and has been dropped several times, without being broken or cracked, unlike so many phones on the market today. I think the greatest feature is that I don't have to enter all of my appointments directly onto my phone, I am able to add appointments to my outlook calendar and then sync my phone to my computer with a click of a button....no more double entry. It is great.
