Been with them 8 years and they haven't let me down

dependent on my phone, not rich, a busy person, expecting good, fair service
Pros

    Free long distance, no charge roaming, cost effective rate plans, great signals in house

I've been with Sprint since 1999 and I've always been pleased with my service.  I lose signal very rarely, I get service pretty much anywhere; basements, mountains, middle of nowhere.  Their flex plans are very fair, no outrageous per-minute fees if you go over the minutes in your plan.  My only complaint would be that their phones are expensive and don't usually last the 2 years it takes for you to get your $150 credit towards a new phone.  Their text messaging plans are expensive, also.  That's were they'll get you.  Overall I'm completely satistified and would never even consider changing providers.
