Wow, where to start.  I signed up with sprint just before Christmas, and has been nothing but a headache since.  To start, when we signed up we signed up for the sprint to home where it does not take from your minutes to call home from your cell.  Well the moran that signed us up didn't do his part and never signed us up.  So bam, first bill we get overage charges.  So after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes I finally got through to someone and got that fixed.  Now, included in our plan is free mobile to mobile, next month we get a bill for $360!!!!  After reviewing the numbers, we find that Sprint has been taking from our minutes everytime we called this one number which was a nextel mobile phone!!!!  Lots of calls were made to this number so no shocker that our bill was over $300!!!  So once again I call in, put on hold for about 20 minutes to get through to someone who tries to tell me this is not a cell phone, but rather a land line phone.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????  So I then call the number to Nextel and he then verified that is was a nextel number and that I should not have been charged for calls to/from this number!!  So this gentlemen was so nice as to "credit" me 150 free minutes.  Now, shortly after this we had a terrible storm and our power was out for 2 days.  Our cell was our only phone we could use so I was somewhat expecting to be a little over our 700 minutes that month, but seeing how I was to be credited a free 150 minutes, didn't think it would be that bad!!!  Get the bill, BAM $200.00!!  After reviewing my bill we had used 843 minutes from out 700 minute plan.  Well hmmm, my "free" 150 minutes should have covered that right??  Well gee, after calling again, being on hold again, I find out gee your account was not credited 150 minutes after all.  Imagine that.  So after being on hold, getting transfered here, on hold again, and transfered to someone else I was able to get it straightened out again.  All I can say is I wll be soooooo glad when this contract is up and I never have to deal with sprint again!!!  Our plan was suppose to be $69.99 a month plus tax!  I have never had a bill less than $150!!  Pitiful, poor service!!!  Unless you like throwing money away, or calling in every month to straighten out your bill, I recommend you stay far far away from sprint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They are a terrible service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

I have had the same problems, they say they will do one thing and then never do. Avice when you call them- document everything, the name of the rep you talked to, dates, times anything you can think of!
