Sprint Is Horrible

cost-conscious, txtng dly

expensive phones, lose signals even with 4 bars, limited service area, Can't get good signal inside my house, any new phone requires new contract, 15 min on hold & still no resolution, billing never up to date, Too Expensive, poor customer service, customer service not helpful

I don't think sprint is good for the average person. Business can afford it but dam their bills are too high for an average single mother to afford. Their service is horrible and I downloaded one game and they charged me for 4. I think T-Mobile is a better company to go with for service their cheap for the average people can afford not no $300 a month for one line.If you go over your minutes its $.45 per minute!!!!
