I had used Sprint for a couple of years. When they phoned me about a new plan. I was cautious and asked tons of questions but the lady assured me that my plan would not change and I would still have all my settings and discounts. Well needless to say that is not what happened I had to change my plan and ended up having my plan changed for me twice. I was so upset by their lack of competence and poor customer service that I paid the cancellation fee and ended my contract. Now they are still trying to charge me the new plan cancellation fees instead of honoring my original plan that I was told from the beginning that would be done.
Besides even when I did have them the text and Internet packages are not really that good. You can not get pic text unless you have the Internet package, which when I was with verizon you could no problem. I also had several dropped calls. Overall just very dissatisfied with Sprints service.
