I have had nothing but problems with sprint. i have never got mail in rebate from when i bought the phone when i called the customer service line i was told " mam..you never bought a phone" when i asked how is that possible when you pulled me up in your computer system and you know what phone i have i was put on hold for 15 minutes until i was hung up on..after hours and days i have spent trying to talk to customer service(Who barley speak English)i was told it has expired know and there was nothing they can do about it now. its been over a year now and my phone broke i went to get a new one since i bought the equipment protection for an extra 7 dollars a month i was told as long as it is not water damaged i can just go to my local sprint store and get a new one...again i was lied to and told i had to send it in after being sent to 4 different stores ...over all experience is horrible.
