    not friendly to existing customers, 15 min on hold & still no resolution, not good service, poor signal in metal structures, billing never up to date, poor overall experience, many hidden charges, Service is not customer oriented, supervisors hang up on you, poor customer service, customer service not helpful, lose signal inside sometimes, digital signal not always available, unexplained charges

I have had nothing but problems with sprint. i have never got  mail in rebate from when i bought the phone when i called the customer service line i was told " mam..you never bought a phone" when i asked how is that possible when you pulled me up in your computer system and you know what phone i have i was put on hold for 15 minutes until i was hung up on..after hours and days i have spent trying to talk to  customer service(Who barley speak English)i was told it has expired know and there was nothing they can do about it now. its been over a year now and my phone broke i went to get a new one since i bought the equipment protection for an extra 7 dollars a month  i was told as long as it is not water damaged i can just go to my local sprint store and get a new one...again i was lied to and told i had to send it in after being sent to 4 different stores ...over all experience is horrible.
