I bought a new Ic602 flip phone. I really like the cell coverage. It is far superior to my old I530. The push-to -talk feature is about the same. However, when I received the phone and attempted to get it activated over the hard line phone, I had to go through 4 different customer service representatives to find one that I could understand. The accents on the first 4 were so heavy, coupled with very low volume in their phones, made them impossible to understand. It was extremely frustrating. The final representative I spoke with was very helpful and got me going very quickly. The entire process took over an hour when it should have only taken a few minutes. It was not enough to make me want to cancel my service, but it was annoying. No problems with service since.
