not worth the money

Every day computer user, love to travel, motorcycle rider
Pros

    nice phone selection, minutes update, good nationwide coverage

Cons
    lose signals even with 4 bars, limited service area, any new phone requires new contract

While I personally am not into cell phones and only use when I need to get a hold of someone and not daily talking, I can say that we are NOT happy at all with Nextel anymore. There are so many places in our area that we loose service and one town in particular we are never able to maintain services or use. The few times using customer service was no the best, nor the worst. We have a local dealer in town and they have always been helpful. I personally think way too much money for what we use. Hubby likes the walkie talkie feature and uses it alot but he has been talking about switchinb because of lack fo service areas. I also was not happy with trying to go paperless wilth the billing. they didnt have a choice to have notifications sent to me, so i did foret to pay the bill once and had to switch back to getting paper bills.

The first cells my hubby and I had were Sprint and they were terrible! We couldn't get reception ANYWHERE, customer service was terrible, it was not worth the hassle! Now we have Us Cellular and are much happier.
