Sprint is able to provide cell phone service for a good price and intially seem very customer friendly. However, their phone break easily and it is very hard to get Sprint to fix them. First of all there are very few Sprint stores that do repairs and second, those repairs take forever to be completed. Also they try to pressure you into the more expensive repair option by neglecting to tell you about cheaper options. For example, the charger port on my phone wasn't working. The Sprint people said I would have to buy a new phone, but when I took my phone to a generic cell phone repair shop in town they were able to show me where there was a second charger port on my phone and sell me a charger for it. Apperently the Sprint people didn't tell me about the other port because they don't sell the type of charger needed for it.
