Sprint Nextel  — 

I have been a custome of Sprint for at least 7 years all but a brief time when i had added my account to my sistersfor walkie talkie. i reopened my account on sept 29th 2006 by repaying a deposit (had paid one before and had it returned.Now it is November and i am getting the run around trying to get my deposit returned. i recently added 2 lines to my account and until this incident i loved sprint and had recommended it to my friends not i am not so sure.

Customer service is really bad,I agree. I got a phone call from them (a friendly reminder) telling me that our contract was due to run out the following month and would I like to renew. I was like ok But we need new phones, the rep was like no prob we have these new hybred phones dual band she said. Suppose to be much better. well we got them at a steal and I was promised that the one I had chosen was the same aas the I730 (my then current phone). Lets just say NO IT WAS NOT. I called imediatly and complained they told me I could send it backand get a new phone but they would not ship till they got the other one back and that I had to wait for a return envelope. and it could take approx 2 weeks before I got the new phone and I would be without a phone for appros 1 week.. Huh what this phone was, is my primary business phone on the road. Not happening. I spent 3 hours 22 min on the line with cs rep after cs rep Jus ttrying to find out if I could get a deal on the new phone like I got on the one they had first sent.. I even had one rep who was staying on with me and getting as frustrated as me. No one could answer my questions just a big run around.
