The worst cell phone company around

a techie, cost-conscious, computer literate, txtng dly, an aggressive saver
Pros

    Free long distance, great signals in house

Cons
    any new phone requires new contract, billing never up to date, poor customer service, customer service not helpful, expensive phones

I am a current nextel customer and I cannot wait to get out of my contract! They charge ridiculous amounts for any and everything that they can. I had a 300 phone bill for going over on my minutes. With the new phone companies such as Criket that offer the flat rate for unlimited everything why would you continue to get raped by these cell phone companies?
