Great prices and plans, terrible customer service

Pros

    nice phone selection, free incoming calls, Free long distance, cost effective rate plans, no charge roaming, great signals in house, minutes update, good nationwide coverage

Cons
    15 min on hold & still no resolution, poor customer service, customer service not helpful

I love their plans and prices! Getting a new phone last year turned out to be the most frustrating event, customer service wether it be at a store or on the phone leave allot to be desired! Unless the customer service improves between now and when my contract are up I will probably switch if I can get the same features and price somewhere else. Their corporate office really needs to allow the local stores to be able to give the same deals as are on line or over the phone. That alone would greatly improve customer service problems. As of right now you have to call the 800 # for almost anything, which means being on hold for a hour and dealing with people who hardly speak English. The online billing option is great though.
