Sprint Nextel  —

First of all. You will never see a overall great score for a cell phone company. Mainly because for every one person the company makes happy, they piss off two or three others. Reason being. When you are customer of a fortune 500 cell phone company, you are a number. No more no less. I could leave Sprint right now. But for what? So I can be treated the same way at ATT, Verizon, TMobile?

My current company is Sprint. And for every good thing they do. They do two or three bad. I called in a month ago to ask questions about my account. I finished with extending my contract for another two years. I did this by accepting a 70 dollar credit per each line.I only did it because they gave me an assurance that it wouldn't effect a rebate on a new phone purchase. I went out bought a new phone and recieved the rebate that comes with it. That was good. I'm currently unemployed. And as of late, I have had issues making payment with them. I just say this. Don't ever get interrupted. The interruption takes place after business hours. So you will go hours without service. The only department that is open is repair and they can't help you. You have to speak to finance.

The message and actions of custoemr service to finance is inconsistant. Customer Service will take care of you. Finance will nullify that and set your lines to be interrupted without commnicating with you. Again, the part I hate about this is they have the comps set to have all services disrupted after business hours. If you wanted to hvae your services restorred. You can't. You are at their mercy. You have to wait for them. Typical of a fortune 500 company that treats you like a number. There were several evenings I went without service. I'm just glad I didn't have an emergency in the middle of the evening or have a family member try to get a hold of me. They wouldn't have gotten throught. But hey, no sweat off Sprints back. They don't mind playing with your life.

I'm more conservative. But I tell you, it's actions like this by companies like sprint that makes me want Barack Obama's socialistic agendas to thrive. Companies don't treat people right. They treat them very poorly. It's not just Sprint. It's all of them. I wouldn't mind seeing them go under. They don't deserve to be felt any differently about.

But all in all. When you think the company is starting to get the idea about what it takes to take care of you. They go and pull and stunt. And they don't mind doing it. Just ask the corporate offices.

I am thirty two and don't own a cell phone. I guess I am an outcast. LMAO. I am computer literate know the latest technology, but I just never warmed up to buying a phone, not because I couldn't use it but for all the reasons you described.

I hope you find work. Great review.
