I have had Sprint for 2 years in August of 2008. I have had so many problems. I have had a supervisor hang up on me when I had a problem, I had things added onto my bill that were not requested or approved by me, and signals are getting worse. I was told recently that I have a strong signal at my home. DUH! I know that, but aren't cell phones for traveling??? I do have a great signal at home, but that is not why I have a cell phone, I use it when I am away from home.
My advice, stay away from Sprint.

I have to comment on my own review. I just received my Sprint bill for the month of November. To my amazement, we have 373 minutes added onto our bill, all incoming, and all listed as unavailable. The best part, we do not answer calls that do not list the phone number on our cell phones. I have Sprint looking into the calls. I contacted the FCC and I most likely will have to contact the police concerning this issue. Don't ever take for granted your cell phone bills are accurate, esp. if you have Sprint/Nextel. And remember, even when your phone is turned off, your bill will show incoming and outgoing calls. Be careful and check your bills.
