the best thing i can say about sprint is that we get a decent rate for many phones on a family plan, and that many of my friends and family use it so i get free calls to those in the network.

other than that, i haven't had too much luck with them. their coverage area is ok. but their customer service, billing, etc, has been pretty bad. we have billing problems all the time, and sometimes it takes 3 months of calling and being told something will be done about it for it to finally be fixed. i have had a horrible time with the phone i bought through them, and it finally completely cratered so i was able to get a replacement (which i still had to pay $55 for).

Dear gigi30, a few things for youre future incase you have these same problems. If your phone is not working properly and has not been physically damaged or water damaged, if you have the full 7 dollar insurance (TEP) you can have it replaced for free. I dont know if you had this insurance or not but it is very very important to get it. If you have any billing issues i suggest you go into your local privately owned sprint dealer with your bill and they will get it fixed for you, most of the stuff i did at sprint as a customer rep was get peoples bills fixed PERMANENTLY! They can do it I promise.
