The actual "service" is great, but Sprint/Nextel is definately laking in customer service. The few times I have had to call them I ended up hanging up without a resolution to my issue. The only time I did get satisfactory customer service is when I was going to cancel.That is the only time they seemed to care about my business. When my contract ends I will be switching providers.
