Terrible customer service, the majority of the time

Sprint Nextel —
It seems that the few times I've had to call I get terrible customer service associates. They are usually really rude and I can't understand them half the time. There also is always a lot of background noise.
I get dropped calls at my house frequently even though I live in a major city. I also think their rates are getting too high.
Sprint Nextel is not recommended by jalundgr
