Pros

    Good customer service, Free long distance, cost effective rate plans

Cons
    extra unknown charges, lose signals even with 4 bars, any new phone requires new contract

Sprint Nextel  — 

I have been with Sprint now for some time and was at one point ready to make a change BUT another part of me is OK with the service. In the beginning there was a problem with extra charges that I did not make.  That has not happened for some time and as the saying goes so far so good. As far as dropped calls....well that still happens from time to time and it used to be frustrating but again that to has not been happening of late. On the upside Sprint offer's good solid affordable plans for the budget wise person (which is good for a person like me who loves to talk...lol).

Bottom line:

My contract will be up for renewal soon and here I will sit on the fence until I make a solid decision and doing a little homework (which can do right here:)!

We don't sit on fences in Kansas, the wind will blow you off and then you go BOOM! lol The only one here that gives reception in my neck of the woods is Verizon ( I wrote a review on them) Like you said do your homework and get the best deal and service you can! ;)
