customer service not helpful, poor customer service

When trying to contact Sprint after noticing several errors with my bill, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I even got to speak to a person. Despite the fact that it was Sprint's error, they said they couldn't entirely fix the problem. They had been overcharging us for MONTHS! The customer service representatives were incompetent. We continue to have to check our bill to make sure they don't make the same mistakes. All in all, we are VERY unhappy with the service Sprint provides.
