Sprint Nextel Review

I love Sprint! I have to say it!  Maybe it's because we just switched from Verizon, who completely suck in my area, or maybe it's just because we haven't had any major problems yet.

Actually, I guess we have had one major problem- our first bill was for over $380.00 !  But, it only took 1 call to customer service, and they straightened out everything.  The problem was more with the Sprint rep at the store not knowing what he was doing when he imported our Verizon numbers to our Sprint phones, and not with the company itself.

I was very impressed with this one experience. Nowadays, good customer service is everything, and I don't see it often enough. Kudos to Sprint/Nextel!
