Sprint Nextel Review

I have mixed reviews overall about Sprint because their cell phone service has been spectacular but their customer service has been awful....however, I will keep their service because it has worked better than any of the ones that I have tried.  I used both Verizon and At&t and I could not get either phone to hold a call in my house....sometimes not even outside my house.  My calls with Sprint have been great.  I very rarely have dropped calls and have no problem clearly understanding anyone I am talking to.  Getting all of the phones set up, working properly, and a discount put on the phone line for where I work was very difficult, but once that was out of the way, I have been very satisfied.  It was also very reasonably priced for a family plan.  I switched from Verizon when we wanted to add a new person to our already existing family plan and they told us we had to upgrade to a more expensive plan in order to do so.
