cool phone but to many problems, breaks too easily

Pros

    easy to use, good pda to start with, Windows Mobile 6 Pro, good keyboard., Big touch screen, Easy to navigate

Cons
    Battery life, reception shaky sometimes., Fragile - dont' drop it too much!, hard to get ringtones

i only had this phone for a few months and my batter began to die after being fully charged and it would only last for about 5 hours if that.  everything worked pretty well on the phone. some applications move pretty slow when they are first starting.
