My Mogul is great! I have to hunt down my children to use my own phone. It is in great demand in my house. I have been a Palm Pilot user for at least 8 years and bought the Mogul becasue our new remote network would not support my Palm. I got much more than I barganied for. The computing capability is great! I say this now because I have had the phone for less than a month. There are some ares of concern, reading my e-mails isn't always smooth. It is difficult to see all of the content. So if you are expecting the Mogul screen to look like your computer screen, it is not going to happen. Having automatic sync has saved me from going crazy. I can leave my office and not worry about having the latest information at my fingertips. Battery life is a real problem. Even if I am not using the applications I have to recharge 2 or 3 times a day. Picture quality is good, sound is low and ease of use is good. I would recommend to others.
